Amaury Sport Organisation (hereinafter indiscriminately “A.S.O.” or “We”), Data Controller of Users who browse the www.partner-ltour.fr site (hereinafter the “Site”), knows that You attach importance to the way in which Your Personal Data is processed and recognizes the importance of the protection and respect of Your privacy. II. Definitions
In this Document, words or expressions beginning with a capital letter refer to the terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Use and, failing this, will have the definition of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (known as “GDPR”):
“Consent” means any free, specific, informed and unequivocal expression of will by which the data subject accepts, by a statement or a clear positive act, that Personal Data concerning him or her may be processed;

“Social Networks” means sharing spaces on the Internet that allow the User of the Site to follow the Tour or other events offered by the Site in social networks.
“Tag”: Refers to an element introduced in each of the pages whose audience We measure, to testify to their dissemination. It is inserted into the source code of the page. The tags We use allow Us to check the effectiveness of the pages offered and the functioning of the Site, completely anonymously.

III. What Data Do We Process and for what Purposes?
This site is what is known as a B2B site, with a professional vocation, whose main purpose is to connect the partnership team of ASO, Organizer of the Tour de France, with companies wishing to become our partners.
The personal data processed here have a commercial purpose between companies.
Some data are mandatory and are followed by an asterisk (*). Without this data, we will be unable to contact you and whether to enter a partnership with the company you represent.
Other data are optional, and you are free to enter them or not. If you decide to inform them, they can allow us to better target our possible partnership communication.

We have set up a contact form on the site allowing you to get in touch with ASO as part of the Tour de France partnership.
This form is published by Automattic Inc, publisher of WordPresse.
Since Automattic Inc is a U.S. company, your contact data may be shared in the United States of America when it is stored.
We invite you to read Automattic Inc.’s privacy and cookie policy in order to know the data they collect about you, their processing, your rights and the means to exercise them.
e) Data collected by Google in the contact form:
We have implemented on the contact form a reCaptcha, a service provided by Google in order to avoid any malicious connection by computer robots and automatically detect that it is a human who is at the origin of the request.
Each time you click on the form’s reCaptcha, Google analyzes the login data collected about you.

V. The legal bases for the Processing of Your Data
We do not sell or rent Data to third parties. We use your data in strict compliance with the applicable law on the protection of personal data.
The main legal basis for the processing of your data is the contract because, if we ask you for the strictly necessary data in the contact form, it is only to contact you and establish, if necessary, a partnership contract between your company and A.S.O. .
